Successful people are careful about how they plan their days. They even go to extents of writing down a to-do-list to guide them throughout their day. Whatever you do in the morning will determine the success of your day. Here are some of the things that  you should wake up to in order to be that one successful person.

1.Wake up happy

Default set alarms are annoying as hell. We can all agree on that. Imagine waking up to your favourite song? I know right? Totally energizing. Rise and shine…LITERALLY! Once you’re up and at it, open those curtains and let the sunshine in!

2. Work out

Make sometimes for a workout session. If you do not have a routine, look up some on the internet. Start with the simple ones moving on to the hardest as you prosper in the fitness journey.

3. Stay hydrated

A great fact about drinking water is that it keeps your metabolism up and doesn’t make you think that your hungry when you are really only thirsty. Drink fluids and eat foods that contain water. It also keeps the tissues in your body moist. Keeping your body hydrated helps it retain optimum levels of moisture in these sensitive areas, as well as in the blood, bones, and the brain.

4. Do not forget you religion 

Whatever religion you are in, do not forget to devote sometime to pray to your God. Make sure that you thank God for yet another day and pray for the day ahead. This way, you will have a positive look of the day ahead from morning. You will most likely not encounter bad things when you are sure that your dedicated your day to God.

5. Have a good breakfast

Eating a healthy breakfast (as opposed to the kind containing doughnuts) can help give you: A more nutritionally complete diet, higher in nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Improved concentration and performance in the classroom or the boardroom.

6. Confidence reminder

Remind yourself that you are confident enough to conquer anything that comes your way. Have a note to self that motivates you to make right decisions. Encourage yourself to go on even when things do not seem to work.
