A bad girl as a career woman
if you are running a business, you need someone who can woo customers with their charming words. They are that person for you!
Since time immemorial, it has been said that a bad girl does not make good employees. They are considered daring, known not to conform by anyone’s rules and more often than not, are confident creatures who can get any man they want (or any woman)
So most employers frown upon this, upon them, because who likes their every decision questioned by a pure Cleopatra? However, what most employers do not know is that these bad girls make good, if not the best, people to work for you.
They are bad-asses who can get the job done.
They are called bad for a reason. These women can work tirelessly, and the fact that they do not take crap from anyone makes them do their work diligently and also make sure things are done right.
They know all that is needed to know about the office.
Let’s be honest, these women, mostly know a lot about everyone and everything. They live in the real world, observing people, knowing their characters; knowing who to trust and who not to. If they are really committed to work; and you treat them with the respect they deserve, there is no telling how far they will take your company.
They are loyal.
What most people do not know about these “bad girls” is that they can be really loyal if they want to. As long as you treat them right, a dog-like loyalty is assured. Just pay them on time, keep your promises to them and do not, by any means disrespect them.
They are excellent with people.
Sure they can flirt once in a while with anyone and everyone. But, that is a good thing. So long as the flirting does not interfere with work; it makes them good with people. And if you are running a business, you need someone who can woo customers with their charming words. They are that person for you!
So the next time you are considering not to employ that girl who has tattoos, or dresses sexily confident; the girl who is labeled “bad” by society; consider the above points.
