Zephania, head mixologist in club Milan westlands talks about his hustle. It’s amazing how passion can earn you income nowadays. A mixologist serves seasonal or established signature drinks. It’s a demanding job because you deal with different customers who all have unique tastes in drinks.

Zephania trained in Mombasa in 2016 for a duration of 6 months . He mastered the art and now it’s his source of livelihood. He also works as a barista hence his work schedule is tight around the clock.

He advices inspiring mixologists to take their job seriously just like any other job. The best part of the job is when he sees his customers happy. He adds that most challenging aspect in the job is meeting the customers demands. The precision of getting every detail right takes sometime to master.
